‘Dunelm’ is the Latin for Durham and this piece portrays the memory of a train journey taken by Andrew Baker & his wife Melanie into Durham and seeing the magnificent Gothic Cathedral for the first time. It is 6½ minutes long and a little in the style of ‘Pines of Rome’ in that it starts quiet and slowly builds to a grand finale.
