One of Alexander Owen's masterful Grand Selection arrangements. Around 20 minutes of delightful music that could be played anywhere. Using original compositions from Gioachino Rossini, skilfully crafted into a charming piece by one of, if not the, greatest ever arrangers for Brass Band. Besses o' th' Barn and Owen played the piece so successfully in Own Choice Contests in the late 1800's that they were banned from playing it! This complete edition is supplied with an A3 portrait score.
